60-Day Temporary StorageAll queries and chat conversations submitted to our AI-enabled chatbot are stored securely for a period of exactly 60 days to help improve user experience and support ongoing inquiries. After 60 days, they are automatically and permanently anonymized.

Automatic Privacy ScrubbingOur backend automatically scrubs queries to strip out and redact any identifiable phone numbers or email addresses before they are logged.

No Request for Personal DataThe chatbot does not seek or require any personal details (such as names, addresses, or billing data). Please ensure you do not voluntarily input personal details during chat sessions.

General Data Collection

We collect personal information only when you explicitly submit it to us, such as filling out the inquiry form on our Contact Page. This may include your name, email, phone number, and project requirements. We use this data solely to reply to your inquiry. We never share or sell your details to third parties.
